Cookie Policy

This Policy explains how TREJJ Communications Limited uses cookies and browser storage on TREJJ One. A cookie is a small value a website asks your browser to keep. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features. They help the service remember state between pages or visits.
1. Essential and optional storage
Essential storage is required for security, account sessions, CSRF protection, remembered sign-in, Guest Mode limits, referral attribution, checkout continuity and preferences you request. It remains active because TREJJ One cannot provide those functions reliably without it.
Optional analytics storage is used only after you choose Accept all or enable Analytics in Cookie choices. Rejecting it does not reduce core TREJJ One functionality.
2. What TREJJ One stores

Exact browser cookie names for framework-managed session and remembered-sign-in values may change for security or implementation reasons. TREJJ One does not place advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Optional analytics
After analytics consent, the consent record allows TREJJ One to create a pseudonymous server-side session measurement. It can include a one-way session hash, coarse country supplied by the network edge, device type, browser and operating-system families, general product route, first and last activity time, and counts of completed responses. It does not include raw IP addresses, raw session identifiers, full user-agent strings, page query strings, prompts, responses, files, audio or transcripts. Coarse session analytics are pruned after 90 days.
4. Your controls
Use to accept, reject or change optional analytics at any time. A new choice applies to future analytics activity. You can also delete cookies and site data in browser settings, block cookies, use private-browsing controls, or clear local storage.
Blocking or deleting essential storage can sign you out, reset Guest Mode counts, remove browser-only chats and preferences, interrupt checkout or registration, and prevent secure forms from working. Clearing a browser does not delete server data stored with a signed-in account; use the controls in Account settings for that.
5. Storage set by other services
If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, Paystack checkout, NOWPayments checkout, an app store or an IDE integration, that service may set its own cookies or local storage on its own website or application. TREJJ does not control that independent storage. Review the relevant service's privacy and cookie information before using it.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when storage practices, the service or law changes. The revised version will show a new effective date. If an update materially changes optional use, we may ask you to choose again.
