Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TREJJ One, a service operated by TREJJ Communications Limited (“TREJJ”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, buying a plan, using Guest Mode, using Agentic Access, or otherwise accessing TREJJ One, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The TREJJ One service

TREJJ One provides TREJJ-operated artificial-intelligence capabilities for chat, writing, coding, research, image and document work, file understanding, voice transcription, and other features shown in the product. Available capabilities, intelligence levels, usage allowances, context limits and supported clients depend on your current plan and may evolve as the service improves. Public TREJJ One names are the service choices offered to you; TREJJ decides how those capabilities are implemented and mapped within its infrastructure.

Guest Mode and free access may have lower limits and fewer features. A paid plan grants a time-limited right to use the included features; it does not transfer ownership of the service or guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.

2. Accounts and security

You must give accurate information, use an email address you control, and keep your password, verification codes, recovery codes, sessions and Agentic API key secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Do not sell, rent, share or transfer an account or credential. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live; if you are not, a parent or legal guardian must authorize and supervise your use.

We may require email verification, two-factor authentication, a secure card check or other reasonable verification before allowing sensitive actions. Tell us promptly through Support if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

Use TREJJ One only for lawful purposes and only with content, accounts, systems and data you are authorized to access. You must not:

• harm, threaten, exploit, deceive or unlawfully discriminate against anyone;
• create, obtain or distribute illegal material, malicious code, abusive automation, spam, credential theft, fraud or instructions intended to cause unlawful harm;
• violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights;
• bypass safeguards, access controls, plan limits, rate limits or payment controls, or disguise the true source of activity;
• probe, overload, disrupt, scrape, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with TREJJ One except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use another person's account, payment method, systems or data without permission; or
• use output as a substitute for required professional judgment or human oversight in a high-impact decision about another person.

We may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant evidence, restrict a feature or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, TREJJ or the public.

4. AI output and your decisions

TREJJ One can produce useful work, but output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review and verify output before relying on it, publishing it, executing code, spending money, deploying changes, or using it for legal, financial, medical, employment, safety-critical or other consequential decisions. Citations and generated files should also be checked. You remain responsible for how you use or share output and for obtaining any professional advice you need.

The same or similar input may produce different output, and another user may receive similar material. We do not promise that output is unique, error-free, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Agentic Access

Eligible plans may connect TREJJ One through Codex and the supported IDEs listed on the Agentic Access page. Agentic software can read the project context you expose, propose or make file changes, and run local commands and development tools according to the client settings and approvals you choose. You are responsible for limiting permissions, protecting secrets and confidential material, maintaining backups, reviewing diffs, testing work, and approving only actions you understand. Do not use Agentic Access on code, systems or data you are not authorized to access.

Your Agentic API key is a secret account credential. Do not publish or share it. Rotate it promptly if it may have been exposed. We may block a compromised, abusive, ineligible or over-limit key. TREJJ One automatically applies the highest supported Agentic intelligence included with your eligible plan. Supported clients, capabilities and availability may change, and agentic output or actions are not guaranteed to be correct, complete or uninterrupted.

6. Plans, checkout and automatic renewal

Prices, taxes if any, currency, billing interval and the amount due are shown before payment. Paystack checkout may offer card, bank, transfer, USSD and other methods. Cryptocurrency checkout may also be offered. Every verified initial payment buys the selected prepaid term. A payment that is incomplete, reversed, disputed or not verified does not activate or extend access.

Automatic renewal activates only when you expressly authorize it at checkout, pay by card, and Paystack confirms that the card authorization can be reused. Other Paystack methods, cryptocurrency purchases, and card payments made without recurring enrollment buy one prepaid term and do not renew. For an active renewal, the fixed amount and currency shown for the selected monthly or yearly interval are charged until you cancel. You may cancel before the next scheduled charge and retain access through the term already paid for.

If a renewal fails, we may make up to six total attempts, no more often than once every 12 hours, during a recovery period of up to three days. Access ends when the paid term expires unless a renewal is verified. If a renewal was already sent to Paystack when you cancel, that payment may still complete and buy one final paid term; no later cycle will be charged automatically. A failed, incomplete or unverified renewal does not add a term.

If you leave an unpaid initial checkout and deliberately begin another, TREJJ One retires the earlier attempt locally and creates a fresh checkout. The earlier payment reference remains verifiable. If it is later confirmed as paid, it buys one prepaid term but cannot activate automatic renewal. Unresolved renewal charges, paid attempts, disputes and payments under review are not replaced.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise or a specific offer says otherwise, a verified prepaid term is non-refundable after access is made available. Contact Support promptly about duplicate charges, an incorrect amount or a payment you do not recognize. Refunds and reversals are returned through the applicable payment method where possible and may remove the corresponding access.

7. Agentic Wallet

Eligible users may buy one-time Agentic Wallet service credit. Wallet credit is used only for Agentic requests after the applicable plan allowance cannot admit a request. It does not unlock Agentic Access on an ineligible plan and is not a recurring subscription.

Before an overage request, TREJJ One may temporarily reserve a bounded estimate and release any unused reserved amount after the request settles. A completed request may debit its measured TREJJ One usage charge, including an amount above the estimate when enough wallet credit remains. If there is not enough plan allowance or wallet credit, the request may be blocked.

A refund, reversal, dispute or chargeback relating to a wallet top-up may reverse the matching wallet credit. If that credit has already been used, access or account closure may be held while the balance is reviewed. Wallet balances are denominated in USD service credit, are not cash, cannot be transferred between users, do not earn interest and cannot be withdrawn. Any refund is subject to applicable law, the unused balance, successful payment verification and the terms shown at purchase.

8. Affiliate programme

Approved affiliates may share an assigned referral link or ID. A referred account can be assigned to only one affiliate. Commissions apply only to verified paid transactions under the rates and duration shown in the affiliate account; free or unpaid referrals do not earn commission. Commission remains pending for 24 hours after payment and may be reversed for a refund, reversal, dispute or chargeback. Cancelling a future renewal without refunding the paid term does not reverse commission for that term.

Affiliates must provide accurate identity and bank details and must not self-refer, impersonate users, make misleading claims, send spam, bid deceptively on TREJJ branding, or manipulate attribution. We may review, suspend or decline an affiliate account or withdrawal for fraud, sanctions, legal, payment or security concerns. Withdrawals require email verification and are subject to supported-country, minimum-balance, bank-validation and transfer availability rules. No affiliate balance is debited when an unverified withdrawal is created; the debit and processing begin only after the email code is successfully confirmed. The minimum and percentage fee displayed before submission apply to that request. Taxes and bank or transfer charges may also apply. Programme rates, eligible countries and future terms may change prospectively; recorded commission, withdrawal snapshots and ledger history may be retained for reconciliation and legal duties.

9. Your content, feedback and TREJJ rights

You keep the rights you have in prompts, files, images, conversations and other content you submit. You grant TREJJ a limited, worldwide permission to host, copy, transmit, transform and process that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested TREJJ One service, comply with law, or act on your support request. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. We do not use your prompts, conversations, files, images, voice recordings or responses to train our models.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and instruct us to process it. Feedback about TREJJ One may be used without restriction or payment, but we will not treat feedback as permission to publish your confidential content.

TREJJ One, its branding, interface, software, documentation and service technology belong to TREJJ or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no right is transferred to you.

10. Availability and changes to features

We work to keep TREJJ One secure and available, but maintenance, network conditions, demand, software defects and events outside reasonable control can interrupt or delay it. We may update, add, limit or retire features and may impose reasonable technical safeguards. Where a material change removes a core paid feature during an existing prepaid term, contact Support so we can assess an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

11. Suspension, cancellation and account closure

You may stop using TREJJ One, cancel future automatic renewal, or request account deletion through Account settings. Deletion may wait while a payment, Wallet balance, affiliate balance, withdrawal, dispute or other financial event remains unresolved. Ending use does not cancel obligations already incurred.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms were breached, use threatens security or service stability, payment is overdue or reversed, a credential is compromised, or law requires action. We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and a chance to contact Support. Sections that by their nature should continue—including payment, content rights, disclaimers, liability and recordkeeping terms—survive closure.

12. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TREJJ One is provided “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that output will always be accurate, complete, unique, secure or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TREJJ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from use of the service. TREJJ's total liability for a claim relating to paid TREJJ One service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

You are responsible for claims and reasonable losses caused by your unlawful content, unauthorized system access, misuse of Agentic Access, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent TREJJ caused the loss.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security or business changes. We will change the effective date and, for a material change, provide reasonable notice in the service or by email where appropriate. Changes apply prospectively. Continuing to use TREJJ One after the notified effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel future renewal.

If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms or your account without our written permission; TREJJ may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing or sale while preserving applicable user rights.
